ไม่กี่วันที่ผ่านมา ULTRAs 2026 หรือ Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards เวทีรางวัลด้านลักชัวรีทราเวล ซึ่งตัดสินจากเสียงโหวตของผู้อ่าน Ultratravel และสมาชิก GHA DISCOVERY กว่า 38 ล้านคน ได้ประกาศผลไปสดๆ ร้อนๆ โดยปีนี้ชื่อโรงแรมไทยคว้ารางวัลหลายสาขา
เริ่มจาก ‘Capella Bangkok’ ที่คว้ารางวัล Best Hotel in Asia/Pacific หรือโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมแห่งภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก ขณะที่ Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas รีสอร์ตบนเกาะยาวใหญ่ จังหวัดพังงา คว้ารางวัลใหญ่ ‘Best New Hotel in the World’ หรือโรงแรมเปิดใหม่ยอดเยี่ยมของโลก
ยังไม่หมดเพียงเท่านั้นเครือโรงแรม ‘Anantara Hotels & Resorts’ ยังได้รับเลือกเป็น Luxury Brand of the Year พร้อมกับ ‘William E. Heinecke’ ผู้ก่อตั้งและประธาน Minor International ได้รับรางวัล Lifetime Achievement Award เพื่อยกย่องผลงานและบทบาทที่มีต่ออุตสาหกรรม Hospitality ระดับโลกมาอย่างยาวนาน
สำหรับ ULTRAs 2026 จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2026 ณ Tower of London กรุงลอนดอนที่ผ่านมา โดยปีนี้มีรางวัลทั้งหมด 18 สาขา ครอบคลุมทั้งโรงแรม สายการบิน สนามบิน เรือสำราญ จุดหมายปลายทาง และแบรนด์ลักชัวรี สะท้อนให้เห็นอีกครั้งว่าโรงแรมและแบรนด์ Hospitality ที่เชื่อมโยงกับประเทศไทยยังคงมีบทบาทโดดเด่นบนเวที Luxury Travel ระดับโลก
