แรปเปอร์ Tekashi 6ix9ine กล่าวหาว่าเพลงใหม่ของ Ariana Grande กับ Justin Bieber ซื้ออันดับ 1 บนชาร์ต Billboard Hot 100 ในอเมริกา

กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งประเด็นร้อนในวงการดนตรี หลังเมื่อคืนที่ผ่านมาเพลง Stuck with U ของ อะรีอานา กรานเด และ จัสติน บีเบอร์ เปิดตัวอันดับ 1 บนชาร์ตเพลง Billboard Hot 100 ของอเมริกา ซึ่งสร้างความไม่พอใจให้กับแรปเปอร์ Tekashi 6ix9ine ที่เพลงใหม่ของเขาอย่าง Gooba เปิดตัวที่อันดับ 3

Tekashi 6ix9ine หรือชื่อจริง แดเนียล เฮอร์นันเดซ ที่เพิ่งออกมาจากคุกหลังจากติดมา 17 เดือน ได้โพสต์วิดีโอในวันศุกร์ที่ 15 พฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมาว่า ไม่พอใจที่ทำไมนาทีสุดท้ายของการนับคะแนนชาร์ต Billboard Hot 100 สัปดาห์นี้ เพลง Stuck with U ของ อะรีอานา กรานเด และ จัสติน บีเบอร์ มีการเพิ่ม 60,000 ก๊อบปี้เข้ามาในการคำนวณ ซึ่งก็ทำให้เพลงนี้ที่ได้รับการคาดหมายว่าจะเปิดตัวที่อันดับ 5 ก้าวกระโดดขึ้นมาเป็นอันดับ 1 ขณะที่เพลง Gooba ของ Tekashi 6ix9ine ซึ่งถูกคาดหมายว่าจะเปิดตัวในอันดับ 2 ตกมาเป็นอันดับ 3 

ล่าสุดเมื่อค่ำคืนที่ผ่านมา (18 พฤษภาคม) ตอน Billboard ประกาศชาร์ตเพลง Hot 100 อย่างเป็นทางการ เพลง Stuck with U ก็เปิดตัวอันดับ 1 จริงๆ และ Gooba อยู่อันดับ 3 ตามการคาดการณ์ ซึ่ง Tekashi 6ix9ine ได้โพสต์วิดีโออีกรอบทันที และกล่าวหาว่าทาง Billboard มีการคอร์รัปชัน และทีมงานเบื้องหลัง Stuck with U ใช้บัตรเครดิต 6 ใบเพื่อซื้อยอดเพลงนี้ และทำให้เพลงขึ้นอันดับ 1

อีกไม่กี่ชั่วโมงต่อมา ทาง อะรีอานา กรานเด ได้โพสต์ข้อความผ่าน Instagram ของตัวเอง ขอบคุณแฟนๆ ที่ทำให้เพลงขึ้นอันดับ 1 แม้เธอจะเป็นคนที่ไม่ค่อยสนใจเรื่องตำแหน่งชาร์ตเพลงมาตลอด พร้อมยังชี้แจงว่า การที่ Stuck with U ขึ้นอันดับ 1 ก็เพราะแฟนเพลงของเธอและจัสติน บีเบอร์ ได้ช่วยกันซื้อเพลงนี้ถูกต้องตามกฎกติกา โดย 1 แอ็กเคานต์ หรือ 1 บัตรเครดิต สามารถซื้อได้แค่ 4 ครั้งเท่านั้น ถ้าซื้อมากกว่ายอดที่เหลือก็จะไม่ได้ถูกนำมาคำนวณสำหรับชาร์ต Billboard แถมเธอยังบอกอีกด้วยว่า ยอดขายเพลง 1 ครั้งก็นับเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์ที่สูงกว่าการสตรีมเพลง 1 ครั้งบนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ 

ต่อมา จัสติน บีเบอร์ ก็ได้ตอกย้ำประเด็นนี้ผ่าน Instagram Stories ของตัวเอง พร้อมบอกว่า เหตุผลที่ 60,000 ก๊อบปี้ของเพลง Stuck with U ถูกเพิ่มนาทีสุดท้ายก็เพราะเป็นกลยุทธ์ โดย Billboard บอกว่า เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดี ซึ่งเป็นวันสุดท้ายของการนับคะแนนประจำสัปดาห์ ทางจัสตินและอะรีอานามีการปล่อยขายซิงเกิลแบบแผ่นจริง พร้อมลายเซ็นของนักร้องทั้งคู่ และนั่นส่งผลให้ยอดขายพุ่งตอนนาทีสุดท้าย แถมยังบอกอีกว่า Tekashi 6ix9ine ต้องเข้าใจว่ายอดสตรีมมิงของเพลงและมิวสิกวิดีโอที่ใช้คำนวณตำแหน่งบนชาร์ต Billboard Hot 100 เป็นยอดภายในอเมริกาเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ยอดทั่วโลก ซึ่งก็ต้องไปศึกษาสัดส่วนให้ดี  

แต่ประเด็นนี้ดูเหมือนจะไม่จบง่ายๆ เพราะภาพล่าสุด Tekashi 6ix9ine ได้โพสต์ Instagram เป็นภาพที่เขากำลังถือบัตรเครดิต 6 ใบ พร้อมกับบอกว่า ครั้งหน้าเขาจะขึ้นอันดับ 1 ให้ได้ โดยไม่กี่วันก่อนทางแรปเปอร์ยังเผยว่า เขาจะปล่อยเพลงใหม่ในวันศุกร์นี้ ซึ่งก็ดันเป็นวันเดียวกันกับที่ อะรีอานา กรานเด จะมีผลงานเพลงใหม่ Rain on Me ที่ร้องกับ เลดี้ กาก้า

thank u to everybody who supported this song, this cause and made this happen. we love uuuuu so much. 🤍 there’s so much to celebrate today. 🤍 however, i would like to say a few things. anyone who knows me or has followed me for a while knows that numbers aren’t the driving force in anything i do. i’m grateful to sing. grateful to have people who want to listen. grateful to even be here at all. i didn’t have a number one for the first five years of my career and it didn’t upset me at all because from the bottom of my heart, music is everything to me. my fans are everything to me. i promise i couldn’t ask for another fucking thing. so with this celebration today, i would like to address a few things which i don’t usually do (i don’t give my energy to drama or strange accusations normally but this has gone a little too far)…my fans bought the song. JUSTIN’S fans bought the song. OUR fans bought this song (never more than four copies each, AS THE RULES STATE). they are ride or die motherfuckers and i thank god every day that i have them in my life. not just when they fight for us to win (even when i ask them not to as i did this week) but because they’re some of the greatest people i know. sales count for more than streams. u can not discredit this as hard as u try. to anybody that is displeased with their placement on the chart this week or who is spending their time racking their brain thinking of as many ways as they can to discredit hardworking women (and only the women for some reason…..), i ask u to take a moment to humble yourself. be grateful you’re even here. that people want to listen to u at all. it’s a blessed position to be in. i’ve had a lot of “almost number ones” in my career and i never said a goddamn thing because I FEEL GRATEFUL TO EVEN BE HERE. TO WANT TO BE HEARD AT ALL …. and you should feel that way too. congratulations to all my talented ass peers in the top ten this week. even number 3. 🥰 and thank u to @billboard for this honor. and thank u to everybody who helped us raise a lot of money for a very important cause this week. love u all a lot.
