ด้าน ศ.ดร.ศุภชัย ปทุมนากุล ปลัดกระทรวง อว. เป็นประธานพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างกระทรวง อว. สมาคมการค้าอุตสาหกรรมไทยเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ (THSIA) สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) และเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัย 19 แห่งทั่วประเทศ ได้แก่

 

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ, จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์, มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น, มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่, มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์, มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร, มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา, มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง, มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์, มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์, มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีมหานคร, มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี, มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี, มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี, สถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์, สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น และสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง
